Shipping Information
1. We now accept customized Card orders for delivery Worldwide.
2. Delivery for such cards are included in the Price of the card.
3. Delivery is by Courier, within Sri Lanka and by Priority Mail for other countries.
4. Orders will be dispatched for delivery on the 2nd day after payment. Within Sri Lanka, the recipient will receive the product on the 3rd day after payment. Orders for priority mail will take ~1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

Refund Policy
"Serendibwishes.com" will only refund the customer money if:
1. Payment has been fully completed, and
2. Delivery of the ordered items have not at all taken place.
"Serendibwishes.com" will NOT refund the customer money if:
1. Payment done partially.
2. Funds not cleared.
3. Any fraud, or suspicion thereof is detected.
4. Incorrect Delivery Address
5. No such Recipient.
In case, where the items have been damaged during transfer, we take it upon ourselves to replace the same to the recipient as soon as possible, which usually is the next day.
No refund of payments will be undertaken to the Customer.
